Affordable elctric bike Ave Tour 28, good bike but bad battery

By Robert Stensson February 10, 2009

Price: Euro 1,299
Rating: Reasonable

The Ave Tour electrical bike is one of the only electrical bicycles with a back pedal brake. It is a good alternative for the ones who would like to buy their first electrical bicycle. The engine assists smooth and proportional to pedal force.
With Euro 1,299 the Ave is quit affordable, although he has a clearly audible engine and a Ni-Mhd battery instead of the better Lithium-ION.
